If you ever had to rebuild your entire existence after your life fell apart, I am here to tell you that is possible.
There are very 3 distinct versions of myself and each one seems to carry its own power. There was the version of me before I ever met my husband, then there was the version of me while married for 20 years to my husband and the latest version of me. The one that had to face cancer who fought to save her husbands life and after he passed needed to fight like hell to save her own life.
Three entirely new versions.
I have always been a writer. Always thrived by offering people a new angle to perceive their challenges. I have built a community through social media of people from all walks of life. Have helped inspire through my mantra of Wake up Dress up Own your day. Writing for me not only helps me heal, but releases the emotions that life relentlessly offers.
I want to highlight this page is not only for widows. I offer insight through all different phases of life.

After any type of trauma or loss we quickly realize that we do not recognize the reflection in the mirror. We don't know who we are anymore because a piece of us died that day.
You are not broken, you are not failing, you are not alone.
You might just need a little help to find the path you were on before you had no choice but to disappear.
