About Me
I didn’t arrive at this stage in my journey because life was gentle and kind.
I arrived here because at some point, survival stopped being enough.
Like many, I learned how to keep going before I learned how to feel again.
Trauma, loss, and moments that quietly fractured my sense of self reshaped how I moved through the world.
For a long time, I mistook endurance for strength.
But rebuilding isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before survival took over.
I’m Sabrina—an author and writer, small business owner, mom of 4, and widow. Devoted to honest healing, emotional truth, and the quiet work that it takes to find yourself again and begin to love the reflection in the mirror.
My writing lives in the space between breakdown and breakthrough, where grief, resilience, and self-trust learn to coexist.
This work wasn’t born from theory. It was born from lived experience—from learning how to sit with uncomfortable silence of your own soul, how to listen to my body again, and how to rebuild an inner sense of safety one moment at a time.
Through my books, reflections, and journal prompts, I write for those who are healing quietly. For the ones who are strong but tired. For anyone who knows there’s more to life than surviving—but isn’t sure how to reach it yet.
If you’re here, you don’t need to be fixed. You don’t need to rush. And you don’t need to have the answers. You’re allowed to rebuild at your own pace.
This space exists to remind you of that.— Sabrina
